Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date:  June 1, 2026 

At Horizon Bio Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality control, all sales are final.


NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed. Because our products are sensitive and cannot be resold once they leave our facility, we are unable to accept returned merchandise under any circumstances.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging 


Upon review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement for the affected item.


Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind 
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer 
  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered 
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers 

Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement product. Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, Horizon Bio Lab is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding shipment-related concerns.
